Communal Entrance
We currently hold a large contract with a local authority housing company cleaning the communal entrances in over 150 buildings. Our standards are high and combined with our experience in meeting challenging deadlines we can offer excellent service.
Re-letting Service
A full cleaning service which is both flexible and affordable. Students re-lets, one-off spring cleans. Our clients include Cooper and Co Letting Agent, Alfred Pallas, Cairn Property, also private landlords and regular six monthly re-letting turnaround contracts.
Building Cleans
Extensive experience in cleaning new build properties, full internal washout, coverings removal, also high reach sofitt and window cleaning. Gentoo Construction has recently awarded us a contract cleaning 120 new homes in the Pennywell area and a further 120 homes in Southwick. We offer a flexible high quality service, adhering to health and safety issues in a construction environment.
