1.Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover Sunderland, Washington, South Shields, Gateshead, Boldon, Newcastle, Cleadon, Durham, Please call to confirm.
2. What kind of services do you provide?
We pride ourselves on providing a professional office and commercial cleaning service for any type and size of business. In past years, we have served many satisfied customers and provided cleaning solutions for any size of office, shop, pub, restaurant, bank, building society, school, library, government buildings and many more.
3. Are we fully insured?
Yes, we have a full employers liability cover of £10,000,000 and public/product liability cover of £5,000,000. Increased cover can be arranged on request.
4. Will you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?
This is optional, many of our customers are happy to provide their own cleaning materials and equipment. How ever for a small charge we are happy to supply and materials necessary.
5. How do we pay?
For out residential customers we prefer payment to be either by weekly internet bank transfer or cash, unfortunately we must pass on a charge of £1.00 to customers who pay by cheque.
Commercial customers may pay by BACs, company cheque or monthly direct debit.
6. Do you clean before or after working hours?
We are happy to discuss any cleaning requirements or hours that you require. Please call for further details. If you require before or after working hours cleaning you will need to arrange access to the premises for our cleaner.
7. Can I specify the days for the cleaning?
Of course! You can specify the days for cleaning and the cleaning company will make every effort to meet your requirements.
8. Can you provide references from come of your customer?
Yes, we can provide references from our current customers.
9. Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
Yes,. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.
10. Do I need to be present on the day/s of cleaning?
No it is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to you.
11. How will you enter my office/home on my schedule days of cleaning?
This is upto you, many of our customers provide us with keys, Please provide the contact details where we haven to pick up the keys form including a name and a telephone number. We will collect the keys, do the job and then return the keys to the initial collection address or post them back through the letterbox.
12. What if I am not satisfied with your clean?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area your dis-satisfied with, at no extra cost to you.
